How do I order a custom cake?
To begin an inquiry for a custom cake please email kamuraskupcakes@gmail.com.
For custom orders, please allow ample time as working out the details of a design may take several days/up to a week. I suggest reaching out as soon as your date and design concept has been decided.
Cake and Kupcake designs must be processed and paid at least 2 days prior to pick up.
Custom orders may need considerably longer lead time. Please email at kamuraskupcakes@gmail.com to place an order or request a qoute.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, I require pre-payment for all orders. Payment is due at the time of booking. Until payment is received the order is not finalized or in my calendar.
Food allergies or other dietary restrictions?
Many cakes can be made without certain ingredients. However, all products are prepared in a facility in which nuts and other allergens are used. As a result, cross contamination of allergens may occur.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that plans can change and I will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. I accept cancellations by email at least 1 week (7 Days) in advance. I do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order.
If canceled within the one week window there are no refunds.

No cancellation, changes or refunds within one week of the date of pick up/delivery. If canceled within the one week window there are no refunds.
